Cutting cucumbers by hand into even wedges is slow, uneven and the biggest bottleneck in a central kitchen or fresh-cut vegetable plant. This cucumber lengthwise halving and quartering machine does it in one pass: feed whole cucumbers in, and it splits them lengthwise into 2, 4 or 6 uniform wedges at 200-800 kg/h — consistent thickness, clean cut faces, and no workers handling blades.

▶ How the Machine Works
● Feed — whole cucumbers are loaded onto the infeed
● Align — the guide channel holds each cucumber in line so it enters the blade set lengthwise, not at an angle
● Cut — the multi-blade set splits the cucumber into 2, 4 or 6 equal wedges in a single pass
● Discharge — wedges leave the machine ready for washing, dewatering, seasoning, or packing
Consistent alignment is what makes the cut even: no tapered ends, no crushed pieces, no blade load spikes.
